We Protect Your Investment.
To protect your investment and ensure your property will be well maintained, we obtain credit and criminal records, rental or ownership history and personal references, as well as verify employment history prior to accepting a tenant. Our responsibilities don't end when we find a tenant. We handle all the paperwork including the lease and renewal agreements. We collect rents and provide a detailed statement with your rent proceeds. We also schedule, monitor and pay for and necessary repairs and maintenance.
We Keep You Informed.
Our full service management team collects the rent, administers and refunds security deposits, maintains required trust accounts, and issues monthly and year end accounting statements. We periodically inspect your property and update you on its condition. We schedule all necessary repairs and maintenance, supplying you with comparable estimates when needed. We keep you advised of repair and maintenance activities, as well as tenant changes. We also keep you informed of market changes, so you can make necessary price adjustments at the end of your tenant's lease.
